Apple Ruby Black Tea
Ingredients:
1 Ruby Black Tea Bag
1 Apple
2 Cups of water
Honey

Strawberry Ruby Black Tea
Ingredients:
*CafeSIS Organic 1 Tea bag (3g)
*Hot Water 350ml (20oz)
*Agave syrup/Honey
* Dried Strawberries
* Lemon slices:1
* Ice cubes: several

Instructions:
1. Prepare 350 ml of hot water and pour into a pot.
Put one CafeSIS Organic Ruby Tea bag in the pot.
2. Wait 6 minutes and remove the tea bag from the pot.
3. Put some ice cubes, Ruby black tea, and syrup in a shaker, and then shake it for about 1 minute.
*****Add sugar/honey/syrup (It depends on how much sweetness level you like)
4. Pour tea from the shaker into a glass cup, and then add freeze-dried strawberries and lemon to the tea.
5. Mix and enjoy Tea!
步驟:
.準備350cc 的水,放入1包紅茶包 (6分鍾)
拿ㄧ個搖杯,放入少許冰塊,再加入紅玉紅茶。
加糖(視個人喜好加入)
把搖杯搖ㄧ搖混合。
到入玻璃杯中
加入草莓乾和檸檬片。

Oolong Tea Jelly Recipe
烏龍茶凍食譜
Ingredients:
CafeSIS Organic Tea bag/Loose Oolong Tea (3g)
Granulated Sugar: 50 g (1.5oz)
Knox Original Gelatine: 15g (0.5oz)
Boiled Water: 600 ml(20 oz)
Instructions
Step 1: Put 1 CafeSIS organic tea bag into the boiling water and wait until all leaves open.
Step2: Mix granulated sugar and gelatine
Step3: Put sugar and gelatine mixture into tea and warm over medium heat until they are fully dissolved.
Step 4: Pour oolong tea jelly into containers and place in refrigerator until cold.
烏龍茶凍食材:

吉利丁粉:15克(0.5盎司)
沙糖: 50克(1.5盎司)
步驟:
1、將一包烏龍茶包浸泡於600ml的沸水中,至茶葉泡開。

Taiwan Ruby Red/Black Tea 9-inch Chiffon Cake
Recipe:
台灣紅玉紅茶9吋戚風蛋糕
食譜:
Cake Flour: 200g (Sift the flour)
Eggs:6 (egg white and egg yolk separate)
Milk: 135g
Sugar: 200g
Ruby Red Tea: 6g
Vegetable oil: 90g
Vinegar/lemon juice: 1-2 drops.
Baking options:
Option 1:
Steam Bake (Steam Baking Oven) 350F/175C (50 minutes)
Option 2:
Bake (Traditional/Convection Oven) 350F/175 C:35 minutes and then 325F/160C: 10 minutes.

蛋:6顆(蛋白和蛋黃分離)
牛奶:135克

選擇1.蒸焗爐烤箱
設定溫度350F/175C,烤50 分鐘
選擇2. 傳統烤箱
設定溫度350F/175C,烤35分鐘,然後325F/160C烤10分鐘。
Instructions
1. Mix egg yolks, milk, and vegetable oil in a bowl.
2. Sift the flour and add to the egg yolks. Mix well using a zig-zag pattern.
3. Whip the egg whites and add sugar and vinegar. Divide three times and whip until stiff peaks form.
4. Combine egg yolk and egg white mixture carefully. Then pour it into a baking pan.
5. Preheat oven
6. Put the baking pan into the oven.
7. After baking, let the cake upside down and cool the cake.
8. Wait until totally cooled, and remove the cake from the cake.
步驟
1. 蛋黃盆中加入牛奶與沙拉油攪拌均勻
2.將過篩後的麵粉加入蛋黃盆中,以z字形方式攪拌均勻
3. 蛋白先打到有點泡沫後,把糖分三次加入,繼續打發到乾性發泡
4. 再將打好的蛋白加入蛋黃麵糊,以刮刀寫J字形攪拌均勻
5.將麵糊倒入模型中,並輕敲幾下排出空氣。
6.放入已預熱的烤箱,等待烤好後須立刻倒扣放涼,完全放涼後脫模。

Ingredients:
Ruby Red Tea: 400ml
Starbucks cold concentrate: 100ml
Water: 100ml
Ice cubes: servals
Agave Syrup: 1 teaspoon/ It depends on how sweet you want.
Put some ice cubes in a glass.
Pour Ruby red tea, Starbucks cold concentrate coffee, and water into a glass.
Add some agave syrup (or other sweetener) to taste

星巴克濃縮冷咖啡:100ml

Step 1: Brewing Oolong tea
Prepare 350~400 ml of
Oolong tea. ***If you use CafeSIS Oolong tea bag will take 9 minutes to get the right color.
準備好350~400ml的烏龍茶
Step 2: Make Sea Salt Milk Foam (1)
Make Sure to keep the blender whipping cream cold. *****You can prepare one bowl and put some ice inside.
You can start to whip cream and then add sugar and salt.
打發淡奶油時,需要注意打發淡奶油需要保持"冷"的狀態。(****可以準備一個大碗,放一些冰塊。如圖所示)

Step 3: Making Sea Salt Milk Foam (2)
When the cream looks like this, you can add milk to mix up.
當看到淡奶油開始呈現紋路時,加入牛奶繼續打發。
Step 4: The Milk Foam is ready.
*Add ice to oolong tea.
When the milk foam is thick and sticks to the mixer, like this picture, you can add milk form into oolong tea.
當看到淡奶油呈現出圖片中的狀態,就可以加入烏龍茶。
