The mild temperature and abundant spring rains create ideal conditions for tea trees. Spring teas are known for their freshness, rich aroma, and vibrant energy. This season produces the highest yield and finest quality tea of the year.

秋茶口感圓潤順口,常帶有回甘。雖然產量不如春夏,但茶性溫和、香氣雅緻,深受愛茶人喜愛。

Winter brings slower growth, making leaves thicker and richer in nutrients. This creates teas with a deep, layered flavor and a lasting aftertaste, especially prized in Oolong tea.

For Oolong Tea: Spring and Winter harvests are the top choices—Spring tea is fresh and vibrant, while Winter tea is rich and full-bodied.
For Black Tea: Summer harvest is best, especially during Minor Heat to Major Heat.
