📅 Harvest time: Pure Brightness to Grain Rain (4/05–4/20)

The mild temperature and abundant spring rains create ideal conditions for tea trees. Spring teas are known for their freshness, rich aroma, and vibrant energy. This season produces the highest yield and finest quality tea of the year.

春季氣候溫和、雨水充足，是茶樹最舒適的生長時節。春茶擁有清新活潑的香氣與飽滿的滋味，是一年之中產量最高、品質最優的茶葉。

Summer sunlight gives tea a more robust character. The first harvest produces the elegant Oriental Beauty Tea, while the second is perfect for black tea, offering bold flavor and sweetness.

Autumn teas are balanced and smooth, often with a lingering sweetness. While not as abundant as spring or summer harvests, they offer a mellow charm loved by tea drinkers.

秋茶口感圓潤順口，常帶有回甘。雖然產量不如春夏，但茶性溫和、香氣雅緻，深受愛茶人喜愛。

📅 Harvest time: Beginning of Winter (11/7)

Winter brings slower growth, making leaves thicker and richer in nutrients. This creates teas with a deep, layered flavor and a lasting aftertaste, especially prized in Oolong tea.

冬季茶樹生長較慢，葉片更厚實，營養豐富。冬茶特別適合製作烏龍茶，風味濃郁、層次分明，回韻悠長。
