🍵淺烘焙:綠茶 屬性寒涼
淺烘焙的茶越能保持茶本身的清爽鮮甜的味道。
🍵中烘焙:烏龍茶屬性中性
中烘焙的茶帶有ㄧ些焙火香氣,好喝的中焙烏龍茶喝起來甘甜不苦澀。
🍵深烘焙:紅茶屬性溫和
深烘焙的紅茶有很多豐富的味道且香味分明。

There are a lot of kinds of teas in the world. Different kinds of teas have different tastes and different levels of roasting will produce different flavors. Tea that is more roasted is warm-natured while tea is lightly roasted is cool-natured.
Light Roasting: Green Tea (Cool nature)
Light roasted tea keeps tea more refreshing and delicious.
Medium Roasting: Oolong Tea (Neutral nature)
Medium roasted tea has a little roasting aroma. Good quality medium roasted oolong tea has a sweet aftertaste and is not bitter at all.
Dark Roasted: Black Tea (Warm nature)
Dark Roasted black tea has rich flavors and significant flavors.
