Some teas are good with sugar; however, some teas are not good with sugar because people cannot taste the flavor after adding sugar.
Black tea is one type of tea that is good with brown sugar or honey as they make black tea more aromatic and delicious.

糖是茶調飲中很重要的原料,糖賦予茶飲另一種味道和口感。茶有很多種類,有些茶類適合加糖,有些茶類不適合加糖,因爲加糖後反而喝不出茶的口感。
紅茶是屬于可以加糖的茶種。適合搭配紅糖,蜂蜜而變成另一種調味茶,而會使得紅茶口味別有一番風味且更香醇。
所以在茶調飲過程中,需要了解不同糖類所扮演的角色和特性,這樣才能調配出一杯好喝的茶飲料。

現代人的生活步調越來越快,講求快速的飲食文化。
隨著人們的喝茶需求不同,泡茶的方式也跟改變。
傳統的泡茶方法是ㄧ門藝術,有很多繁雜的步驟, 從茶壺、茶杯到泡茶技術都非常講究。
現代泡茶方法,只需有一個馬克杯就行。
方法1: 選擇袋茶~視茶種把不同溫度的水(80-100度C)倒入馬克杯中,然後把袋茶放入杯中,大約1-2分鐘左右,就有ㄧ杯熱茶可飲用。這個方法簡單又方便。
方法2: 選擇散茶~先把散茶分量鋪平在杯底,然後視茶種,把不同溫度的水(80-100度C) 倒入馬克杯中,大約4-5分鐘後,即可飲用。
簡單的馬克杯泡茶方法快速又不失品茶的感覺,雖然少了一份嚴謹的泡茶程序,但對於生活忙碌的人們,確是多一份選擇。
